Shipping, Warranty & Returns 

UK Shipments

All UK domestic residential and commercial orders are shipped via Royal Mail with delivery time typically 2-4 days. 

We aim to deliver our products as quickly as possible and attempt to ship out all orders received by 1pm BST the same business day (depending on stock). Once processed, your order will be confirmed and we will inform you of the shipping and tracking number.

International Shipments

International shipping methods are Royal Mail Tracked & Signed with a delivery time typically 5 - 10 days.

We attempt to ship out all orders received by 1pm BST – the same day (depending on stock). Once processed, your order will be confirmed and we inform you of the shipping. You will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped. Note: International Mail orders can experience delays due to customs and delivery regulations in the country of delivery. Please contact the Customs Agency in your country for more information.

International Taxes & Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY (DEPENDING ON ITEM)

See the item description for details on the manufacturers warranty. Most of the meters we sell come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty from the date of your purchase.

Returns (30-Day Warranty)

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would not like a replacement, EMFHome provides a 30-Day Return Window (see Return of Non-Defective Products below).

  1. To return a non-defective product, please post the item back to the returns address listed on your package.

  2. All shipping fees both to and from EMF Home must be paid by the customer. The customer also assumes full liability for losses or damages resulting from shipping.

  3. No refund will be granted for products which have been damaged in any way which jeopardised EMF Homes ability to re-market or resell the product. EMF Home maintains full discretion in decisions regarding a products fitness for return.

  4. Pack the product in its original box or a well-protected box.

  5. Place proof of purchase (receipt order number, etc) in the box.

  6. Once we receive your shipment we will evaluate its condition and process your return. Returns may take up to 3-5 business days to process and you will receive a confirmation email of your refund.
